I am very excited to be a part of such a wonderful team. I transferred from Bundaberg, Queensland to Forster to enjoy the beautiful beaches and spend time with my two sisters who live in Forster.

I feel very blessed to be now working in Wellness as my previous position was in the Cancer Treatment industry. Health and wellness are personal values and I love that this is also the focus at Banks and Dade, not only personally but we do all have a genuine desire to spread this message into community and even globally.

A bit about me … I was born in New Zealand and have been an Aussie for over 30 years! I have two beautiful grown daughters both living their best lives, one in Brisbane and one in Sydney. My goals are to enjoy being more active and get to a point where I can practice Yoga with ease. I am well underway with this as I have been lucky enough to experience the various treatments available at Banks and Dade and have seen amazing results already.
