    I have recently been a client of Banks and Dade chiropractors after injuring my knee in a surfing accident. Initially, i visited Mark to get specific treatment on my injured MCL so I could return to the water asap. Mark was professional and successful with his treatment of my knee, but it was his extra knowledge and understanding of my physical dynamics that has now helped me rebuild my strength in my knee and start the transformation of my new rehabilitation regime. Mark recognised some foundation areas that needed to be addressed in order for my knee to heal effectively and to increase my future range of movement and management of that area. I am now back in the water and my knee is feeling great.
